Find Peace with Food, Body & Self
Youโre exhausted from thinking about food all the time.
Maybe youโre stuck in cycles of bingeing, restricting, emotional eating, or punishing exercise.
Maybe it feels like your body is the enemy โ something to control, fix, or shrink.
Youโve tried so hard to be good. To do it right. To get on top of it.
But the harder you try, the more disconnected you feel.
This isnโt your fault.
These patterns often emerge from deep places โ stress, trauma, shame, and the nervous systemโs beautiful attempts to protect us.
You are not broken. And you are not alone.
This is a place to exhale. To lay down the fight. To come home to yourself, one gentle step at a time.
How I support you
I offer somatic, trauma-informed nutrition therapy for women navigating disordered eating, eating disorders, and lifelong struggles with food and body.
Our work together gently weaves clinical nutrition with nervous system awareness, body respect, and a deep understanding of how food becomes a story of safety, survival, and self-worth.
I do not prescribe weight loss, food rules, or rigid plans.
Instead, I help you:
Reconnect with hunger, fullness, and body signals
Release shame and perfectionism around eating
Understand the deeper roots of your food patterns
Build safety in your body so nourishment becomes possible again
Whether youโre in recovery from an eating disorder, navigating decades of dieting, or just feel lost with food โ we can start right where you are.
Who this work is for
This space may be a good fit if:
You feel trapped in cycles of bingeing, restriction, purging, or compulsive eating
Youโve tried every diet, plan, or โresetโ but nothing has lasted
You struggle with body image, shame, or feeling โtoo muchโ
You want to heal, but donโt know how to eat without rules
Youโve worked with other professionals, but havenโt felt fully met
Youโre curious about a gentler way of being with food โ one that honours your whole story
What to expect
This is not a meal plan. This is not a fix.
This is a relationship โ with yourself, your body, and the food that sustains you.
In our sessions, we might explore:
The nervous system patterns driving your eating behaviours
How trauma, burnout, or over-functioning show up in your relationship with food
Somatic tools for safety, regulation, and reconnecting to your body
What gentle nourishment could look like, without shame or pressure
Together, we go at your pace. Slowly. Kindly. Always in relationship.
