Gentle, Rooted Support for Gut Health
Youโve tried everything โ diets, supplements, medications, specialists.
And still, your gut symptoms remain. Or flare again at the worst moments.
Maybe you experience bloating, reflux, nausea, diarrhoea, or constipation.
Maybe food feels like a minefield, and youโre exhausted from trying to figure it out.
If youโve been told โitโs just IBS,โ or โyour tests are normal,โ but you know something isnโt right โ I want you to know:
I believe you.
You are not being dramatic. You are not imagining it. And you are not alone.
How I support you
I compassionate, evidence-based nutrition support for gut health - rooted in science and in somatic care.
Your gut is not separate from your nervous system, your past, or your capacity to feel safe.
Together, we look beyond symptom control and explore:
The neurophysiology of gut-brain connection
Nervous system regulation tools to support digestion
Gentle dietary strategies to reduce discomfort without restriction
How stress, trauma, or burnout may be impacting your gut
A personalised path forward that supports your whole self โ not just your symptoms
You donโt need to do this alone. And you donโt need to choose between science and softness.
Who this work is for
This space may be a good fit if:
Youโve been diagnosed with IBS, IBD, reflux
You experience unexplained bloating, diarrhoea, constipation, or food sensitivity
Your gut symptoms worsen with stress, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm
Youโve tried elimination diets or supplements with little long-term success
You feel overwhelmed by conflicting advice or donโt know where to start
Youโre ready for a gentler, more holistic approach that meets you as a whole person
What to expect
In our sessions, we go at your pace โ weaving together medical nutrition therapy, trauma-informed care, and nervous system awareness.
We might explore:
How your symptoms relate to the gut-brain axis
Practical, non-restrictive strategies to soothe flare-ups
Somatic practices to support digestion and reduce anxiety
A sustainable food and lifestyle rhythm that nourishes you, not depletes you
This is not about fixing your gut overnight โ itโs about creating space for your body to heal, gently and wisely.
