Nourish Your Hormonal Body with Wisdom & Care
Your body is wise.
But when hormones are out of rhythm, when your energy is low, when your cycle feels painful or unpredictable — it’s hard to trust that wisdom.
You might feel exhausted. Inflamed. Foggy. Disconnected from the body you live in.
Maybe you’ve been told it’s just stress, just your age, just your weight.
Maybe you’ve been offered pills, but not a full conversation.
I want to offer you something different.
A space where your symptoms are honoured, your story is heard, and your body is seen as a whole system — not a broken machine.
How I support you
I offer nutrition therapy and somatic care for women navigating hormonal imbalances, reproductive health conditions, and fatigue related to stress or trauma.
This is not a restrictive, “clean-eating” approach. It’s a return to nourishment — of the body, the nervous system, and the deep feminine.
Together, we explore:
Evidence-based nutrition strategies for hormone balance and cycle support
The impact of stress, burnout, and trauma on reproductive health
Gentle lifestyle shifts that restore energy and reduce inflammation
A way of eating that supports your rhythms, not resists them
Somatic tools to help you feel safe and at home in your body
Whether you’re newly diagnosed or have been struggling for years, I’ll meet you where you are.
Who this work is for
This space may be a good fit if:
You’ve been diagnosed with PCOS, endometriosis, perimenopause, or hormone imbalance
You experience irregular cycles, painful periods, fatigue, or weight changes
You feel depleted, burnt out, or disconnected from your body’s needs
You suspect stress is making your symptoms worse
You want to understand your body’s signals and support it with nourishment
You’re seeking a care approach that blends science with softness
What to expect
In our sessions, we don’t chase perfection — we build relationship.
We might explore:
Nutrition strategies to support hormonal health and reduce symptoms
Cycle mapping and education to help you understand your patterns
How trauma and nervous system dysregulation may be showing up in the body
Micro-rituals for rest, nourishment, and emotional processing
How to create a rhythm of eating and living that supports your vitality
This work is grounded in compassion, not control — and paced with your body, not against it.
